DIOYY have been compared to more dance orientated acts such as Daft Punk, LCD Soundsystem and Justice. However, as the NME recognized, they possess a heavier and more live configuration, leaving some to say more akin to Rage Against The Machine and !!!. Rowdy live shows often ending with stage dives and mangled instruments.
