The B-52s first album in 16 years, ‘Funplex’ (Astralwerks), makes a triumphant entry into the Billboard 200 this week at #11. In the past week, the “infectious dance rock” (New York Magazine) album was the #2 best-selling record on Amazon.com and reached #7 on iTunes.
Tune in this Friday, 4.4 as the band performs the title track single and the perennial favorite “Love Shack” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
