Step into the Octahedron!

In anticipation of their June 23rd release of Octohedron, The Mars Volta’s fifth studio album, The Mars Volta have launched an interactive artwork experience site, which features hidden surprises that will be revealed to the most intrepid and curious of hunters, including the audio for the new track “Since We’ve Been Wrong”. Also, this summer The Mars Volta is giving a handful of lucky fans the chance to check out Octahedron before it is released on June 23rd!

The band is looking for 10-15 of their biggest fans to host advance listenings in their homes for their new album. Fans must submit why they deserve to host a party. Submissions are open to interpretation: anything from youtube videos, illustrations, writings, etc. Any way to best translate why you deserve to be a “Host”. “Official Hosts” will have their party pics posted on The Mars Volta’s website (thebedlam.net). The band will also select one host and guest of their choice to see The Mars Volta perform anywhere in the US. Submit your entries by June 3rd to OctahedronParty@gmail.com . Make sure and include all your info (name, city, state). Good luck!
