ACRASSICAUDA STREAMING NEW EP ONLY THE DEAD SEE THE END OF THE WAR TODAY ON MYSPACE BAND TO HOST HEADBANGERS BALL MARCH 8th, EP RELEASE ON MARCH 9th

Acrassicauda, the Iraqi metal band who were the subject of VICE Films’ documentary Heavy Metal in Baghdad, are set to release their debut EP Only the Dead See the End of the War on VICE Records Tuesday, March 9th. To the many who have been following the band’s trials and tribulations over the course of the last six years this is an event of paramount importance.

In honor of this highly anticipated release there will be many opportunities to check the band out beginning with an exclusive stream of the EP at Myspace today. They will also grace television screens as guest hosts of MTV2′s Headbangers Ball on March 8th. In addition, those unfamiliar with the band’s back story will have the opportunity to stream Heavy Metal in Baghdad online at VBS.TV beginning March 8th.
