The Sam Roberts Band is thrilled to be on a North American headlining tour in support of their new album COLLIDER, a record American Songwriter praises as an “entire album showcasing well-constructed rock songs,” adding “Roberts deliveries his vocals with the sort of strut you want from your rock stars … air guitar is necessary and head-bobbing is unavoidable.” Along with USA Today, Relix, The Onion, Paste and more, AOL Spinner goes on to call COLLIDER “a rhythmic, sax-injected rock ‘n’ roll expedition,” while Seattle Post Intelligencer simply calls it “addictive.”

Since the albums May 10th release on Zoë/Rounder Records, the band has performed on MTV and is looking forward to appearing at this year’s Sasquatch Music Festival. Known for an enthralling and exuberant live show, one that has captivated both critics and fans, the band has earned themselves the reputation as a must see live band. Esquire Magazine hails Roberts as “the best live frontman in music” and will “make you evangelical about rock, because this is what it’s supposed to sound like.”
