Listen To “Julian”
Say Lou Lou released “Maybe You,” their dreamy debut single, through the French label Kitsuné in August 2012 and has since gone on to tour Europe and share stages with the likes of Twin Shadow, Kindness, Ariel Pink and HURTS. The Australian/Swedish twins are diligently at work on their debut LP and have created their own new label named à Deux to support upcoming single releases.
The label’s first salvo will be “Julian” – a new single coming on May 6 in both digital and 7-inch vinyl editions. Remixes on the “Julian” digital release will come from Dan Lissvik, Martin Dubka, Monsieur Adi and Checan, while the B-side of the vinyl will feature the new composition “Fool Of Me,” featuring rising Australian songwriter Chet Faker on guest vocals.
Say Lou Lou plans to shoot a video for “Julian” in London and Stockholm with director Philippe Tempelman, who directed their “exquisite black-and-white video (Fader)” for “Maybe You.”
