For all the cynics out there, NYC veteran newcomer/songwriter Sam Bisbee and le Grand Magistery (Pas/Cal, Stars) are offering a free mp3 download of Sam’s song “Never Fall In Love” w/British singer-songwriter Leona Naess.
Sam spends a lot of his time writing songs for other people (he has a publishing deal with Nettwerk and composes/arranges songs for film, TV and other artists), but celebrates the release of his own, fourth album, Son of a Math Teacher, this week! The album features guest appearances from Naess, Lucie Wainwright Roche, Mike Viola, and Liz Tormez. Naess has worked with a number of artists, including Ray LaMontagne and Counting Crows, and has toured with Travis, Ryan Adams, and Badly Drawn Boy.
