Phenomenal Handclap Band’s Quinn Luke has a new solo project Bing Ji Ling. Bing Ji Ling (means Ice Cream in Mandarin) dropped Shadow To Shine on March 22nd via Tummy Touch Records. It’s indie retro 70s disco rock and he’s at the forefront of this new style of music. It’s reminiscent of Beck, Earth Wind and Fire, Shuggie Otis and ABBA.
