Bootsy Collins debuts “Munchies” on Tom Joyner Show and more

Earlier today, Bootsy Collins dropped by Tom Joyner Morning Show for an interview and funky performance of the magically smooth new song, “Munchies,” from ‘Tha Funk Capital of the World’ out now on Mascot Records.

On June 3, Bootsy kicks off headlining U.S. tour at LA’s Club Nokia with upcoming performances at Bonnaroo and NYC’s B.B. King Blues Club on June 26 (tour dates below).

Bootsy’s earning tremendous praise for ‘Tha Funk Capital of the World’ with recent interviews on The Tavis Smiley Show, the Dennis Miller Radio Show and a GRAMMY Museum hosted Q & A. Later this summer, the Mo’Nique Show will air an episode dedicated to Bootsy Collins featuring a guest apperance and performance with album collaborator Rev. Al Sharpton (air date TBD).

In addition to Sharpton, ‘Tha Funk Capital of the World’ features all-star lineup: Parliament Funkadelic’s George Clinton and Bernie Worrell, Snoop Dogg, Chuck D, Ice Cube, Samuel L. Jackson, Bela Fleck, and more.
