THUNDERHEIST ANNOUNCE U.S. HEADLINING TOUR FIRST AMERICAN TOUR SINCE THE RELEASE OF THEIR SELF-TITLED ALBUM ON BIG DADA
Canadian dancefloor-monsters Thunderheist are coming back to America for a string of their notorious live shows to promote their recent debut self-titled album (on Big Dada). The duo have been creating a frenzy of attention for themselves lately: you may have heard their hit single “Jerk It” in the Oscar-nominated film “The Wrestler”, or maybe you’ve seen the video for that same song which won the award for Best Music Video at SXSW this year, or perhaps seen frontwoman Isis on Jimmy Kimmel Live with rapper NORE and fellow Canadians MSTRKRFT.
The pair have been on tour since February, taking their raucous stage show to all corners of the globe, sharing stages with Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Crookers and many more. These are the first US dates since the album dropped and they’re bringing a live drummer on tour with them for these dates for the first time in their touring history. Blending thumping electronic minimalism with disco-era swagger, MC Isis and Grahm Zilla are slicing their way through the country in late June. You don’t want to miss these shows.
