YEASAYER ANNOUNCES FALL TOUR DATES
Yeasayer is pleased to announce several US tour dates this fall. Their latest full-length, ODD BLOOD, was released via Secretly Canadian earlier this year. Filled with Yeasayer’s own take on pop pleasures and experimentation, the band has once again carved its own path through that ice cold glacier that is modern pop/rock.
PRAISE FOR ODD BLOOD
“ODD BLOOD is every bit as dense as its predecessor, with every inch of space teeming with exhausting polyrhythmic detail and time-warped synth sounds.” – Onion
“The biggest, boldest, and best moments on their second album nod flamboyantly to influences never before evident…but somehow they’re seamlessly integrated with trippier old jams.” – Spin
“Between the folds of intricate sound on ODD BLOOD float Yeasayer members Anand Wilder’s and Chris Keating’s expressive vocal harmonies, giving this seemingly disparate, indefinable music a clear identity.” – Billboard
“Willfully odd, beautifully hypnotic and with a wonderful lightness of touch.” – MOJO
