Boys Who Say No – Ms. Lee video

Boys Who Say No released their debut full-length, Contingencies, last month in their native Canada and celebrated with 600+ fans in Toronto over the weekend. U.S. release plans are still in the works, but that will not stop the quartet from bringing their frenetic live show back south of the border, announcing a North American tour with good friends Japanather, kicking off April 15 in Chicago. In addition the band has premiered a video off the album for first single, “Ms. Lee” this past Friday via AUX.TV, capturing the band’s talents with both song and dance. You can check it out and post here.
Boys Who Say No released their self-titled debut ep in 2009, taking to road in the U.S. for the first time in early 2010 with Japanather, including a visit to Austin, TX for the SXSW Music Conference. The band has supported acts such as Chad Van Gaalen, Plants and Animals, and Cuff The Duke. Contingencies, was recorded at a rural Ontario farm and mixed by Dave Newfeld (Broken Social Scene/Los Campesinos!) and NOW Magazine just declared, “Their quirky mix of pop and art rock has the creative depth of Grizzly Bear and the cute, anthemic sensibilities of Ra Ra Riot.”
