“Yeasayer delivered . . . The consistency they exhibit stems from the challenge Yeasayer gives itself – to innovate both onstage and off.” – Austin Chronicle

“Fragrant World” is their most synthetic record yet, and while it’s impossible to tell how much was played live, pre-recorded or somewhere in between, the fact that Yeasayer obscured its mechanics while remaining an absolute party band is a major accomplishment.” – LA Times

Fresh off the release of Fragrant World (Secretly Canadian, Out Now), Yeasayer is happy to announce the expansion of the band’s fall tour. In addition to newly announced dates in Northampton, Providence, and Charlottesville, Yeasayer has also rescheduled postponed dates in Boston, Atlanta, and North Carolina. Tickets for the canceled shows will be honored at the venue. For the tour, The Creators Project, a global initiative by Intel and VICE, collaborated with Yeasayer and coding designer Casey Reas, to create an alienscape stage design for their fall tour, turning their stage show into an immersive experience of light and color. Watch a video of the band performing on their Creators Project designed stage here.

The band’s newest release, Fragrant World, is currently available on CD, LA and digitally via Secretly Canadian. The band’s latest video for “Longevity” can be seen here (dir. Timothy Saccenti).
