JEDI MIND TRICKS’ AFFILIATES/ARMY OF THE PHARAOHS MEMBERS OUTERSPACE UNVEIL FIRST SINGLE FROM NEW LP, “GOD’S FURY,” IN STORES SEPTEMBER 30TH
Outerspace, the renowned Phillie-based duo of Crypt the Warchild and Planetary, unveil the long awaited first single, “What The Future Holds,” off their forthcoming album, “God’s Fury,” in stores September 30th.
Executive produced by Vinnie Paz of Jedi Mind Tricks, “God’s Fury,” marks the crowning achievement in the 10+ year career of Jedi’s most renowned affiliates/proteges.
The single, “What The Future Holds,” produced by Davyd Done, is an instant head-nodder. With eerie vocals underlying the boom-bap drum-line that collectively complement the lyrical mastery of Crypt and Planetary, “What The Future Holds” embodies the signature style that has catapulted the underground MC’s from one time peripheral members of the Phillie underground scene to house-hold names in the indie hip-hop world (as well as core constituents of the supergroup Army of the Pharaohs).
Now, with three solo projects under their belts (2 solo LP’s and a collection of 12″ cuts, B-sides and rarities), Outerspace gears up for the next installment in their already fabled legacy. In addition to the release of “God’s Fury,” look for Outerspace supporting Jedi Mind Tricks on the entirety of their fall/winter 2008 tour (dates below).
With guest spots from Vinnie Paz (Jedi Mind Tricks), fellow Pharaohs King Syze, Des Devious, Doap Nixon, Celph Titled, Chief Kamachi, Reef The Lost Cauze, King Magnetic, Psycho Realm & more, “God’s Fury” promises to be a rock-solid entry in the duo’s already formidable catalog.
