Now that the artist is once again behind bars, the streets must recognize that Hood Classics is more than mere talk; every Gucci story is raw and real.

Young Jeezy, Killa Mike, and Bun B, among other rappers fluent in the streets are featured on Hood Classics. The record includes hot singles such as “I’m the Sh*t” and the unreleased “2008, So Icy Remix.”

Gucci Mane’s career jumped off in 2005 when he brought us “Icy” featuring Young Jeezy, which quickly became a hood hit bumped in whips across the country. Big Cat Records, ATL’s Independently Made and Independently Paid indie, subsequently released the commercially successful Trap House, Hard to Kill and Trap-A-Thon LPs.
