GRAMMY AWARD-WINNER, SHARAM (DEEP DISH), JOINS BAD BOY BILL AND 15 DJs ONBOARD THE GROOVE CRUISE
Grammy Award winning DJ/producer, Sharam (Deep Dish), is confirmed to spin The Groove Cruise’s hotly anticipated all-day party on Saturday, October 3rd, at Nikki Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas. The event is part of the Groove Cruise from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas aboard Carnival Elation from October 1st – 5th. Taking time out from his relentless ‘Get Wild’ album tour, Sharam brings his signature brand of dancefloor magic to Nikki Beach’s exotic locale. Joining America’s favorite house music DJ, Bad Boy Bill, Sharam tops-off a robust lineup of international and West Coast DJs headlining the Groove Cruise. Sharam’s Groove Cruise set runs from 1pm – 4pm PDT and is open to the public. (Tickets: General admission $20/person before noon; free VIP admission with Groove Cruise boarding passes.) Additionally, Bad Boy Bill’s debut studio album, The Album (Nettwerk), is currently in-stores.
Now in its fifth year of operation, the steadily growing popularity of the Groove Cruise (Whet Travel) is a testament to company CEO Jason Beukema’s vision. Recent Groove Cruise headliners include international DJs/producers, Deadmau5 and Robbie Rivera. Other DJs joining Sharam and Bad Boy Bill this year aboard the San Diego/Cabo cruise are: Donald Glaude, Scooter & Lavelle, Kenneth Thomas, Anthony Attala, JJ Flores, and others. Paul Oakenfold’s world-acclaimed label, Perfecto Records, is also hosting one of several parties aboard this cruise. Said Beukema, “My primary mission when I founded The Groove Cruise five years ago was to provide a club-themed excursion uniting sophisticated, musically savvy professionals and providing them with a lasting experience aboard the world’s finest cruise ships. Our guests get to party with their favorite DJs over the course of three or four days and come home with new friendships and a wealth of happy memories. Judging by the return rate of our guests, I feel we’re succeeding.” Added entertainment coordinator and 4thedj.net founder, Matt Martinez, “This is truly the most incredible lineup we’ve had thus far and we are excited to take the Groove Cruise experience up a notch!”
