MURS and 9th Wonder Host “The ForNever Sessions”
Hip-hop lyricist MURS and legendary producer 9th Wonder are hittin’ the studio once again to record their fourth album together. If you missed it yesterday, the two hosted their first live UStream session called “The ForNever Sessions.” The live sessions will take place every day from 3-4 PM PST, lasting until October 12th. You can access “The ForNever Sessions,” at www.ustream.tv/Murs316, where viewers will be able to see exclusive footage of MURS and 9th Wonder recording their next classic.
The MURS and 9th Wonder Legacy…
MURS and 9th Wonder first collaborated back in 2004 for the MURS 3:16: The 9th Edition album. This was the launching pad for the duo’s music collaboration legacy. MURS 3:16: The 9th Edition featured 10 explosive tracks that have gained recognition from fans and critics alike. According to Billboard Magazine, “MURS’ command of his rhyme scheme — and the uniformly banging, soul-drenched beats of his labelmates — make this one of the most engaging hip-hop records of the young year.”
Since then MURS and 9th Wonder have created two additional albums, Murray’s Revenge (2006), Sweet Lord (2008) and now they are gearing up for their fourth album, Fornever.
