Afro Punk Announces Partnership with Virgin Mobile for 2nd Annual “FreeFest Express” Volunteers Can Earn Free Tickets and Round Trip Transportation and Hotel Accommodations
Afro-punk has announced a partnership with Virgin Mobile for the second annual “FreeFest Express”for the 2010 Virgin Mobile Free Fest in Columbia, MD on September 25, 2010. Tickets for this year’s festival were “free’d out” in record time but not to worry: volunteers in Chicago have a chance to attend the festival just by donating their time to help homeless youth.
Virgin Mobile, through its partnership with Megabus, will offer free tickets to the show including free transportation and hotel accommodations. Volunteers in Chicago and New York City who sign up and contribute eight hours of their time will be eligible. Afro Punk is hosting three “Let’s Get Free Events” in Chicago and New York City to make it easy for interested volunteers to sign up while having a great time in the process. Event details below:
