LEAD SINGLE “BEAUTIFUL” HEATS UP AT URBAN AC RADIO AS #3 MOST ADDED
(New York, NY) — Brockton, MA R&B recording artist Noel Gourdin returns to the mainstream with his new studio album to be released via Mass Appeal Entertainment/ Entertainment One Music on April 12th, 2011. The much anticipated album, titled Fresh: The Definition, will be Gourdin’s sophomore release to date. Fresh: The Definition, is the follow-up to After My Time which was released in the summer of 2008 and boasted the infectious lead hit single, The River.
The first single from the forthcoming album, “Beautiful,” was the #3 most added record at urban AC radio in its first week out with over 22. This week, the melodic groove debuted at #29 on the urban AC charts exemplifying promising signs of a sure shot hit anthem. In the warm heart-felt record, Gourdin takes the lead to exemplify how to respectfully address the woman that has captured his heart.

Since the release of his last album, Noel Gourdin has toured relentlessly and continued to pick up fans and supporters along the way including radio personality, comedian and relationship guru Steve Harvey, who helped propel soulful vocalist into mainstream stay. When asked about the forthcoming project Noel said, “This time around the implementation of live instruments such as strings, horns, bass, guitar, and grand piano offer a more genuine feel for my style of music.
