Simian Mobile Disco is one of the most exciting acts in electronic music today. The UK duo of James Ford and Jas Shaw are bringing their live stage show back to North America for the first time in a year. SMD will perform their classic tracks as well as songs from their two-disc critically lauded 2010 release Delicacies.
The Delicacies Live Tour kicks off tour today in Vancouver, BC with support acts The Juan MacLean and Blondes. Simian Mobile Disco will also headline three HARD Weekend dates (Oakland, Los Angeles and New York City).
New, exclusive live mixes and remixed tracks by Simian Mobile Disco are currently available via HARD’s “Fresh Meat Mondays” series. The three-part download of the group’s November 2010 Delicatessen Warehouse DJ set in London is also available via their Soundcloud page, as well as other tasty treats.
