Q PRIME AND JIVE LABEL GROUP END THEIR STRATEGIC RADIO PARTNERSHIP Q PRIME EXPANDS PROMOTION TEAM

Q Prime’s twelve-year radio promotion partnership with the Jive Label Group has come to an end. Promotion team members Warren Christensen, Michelle Munz, and Erica Collins will continue to spearhead the radio promotion campaigns of Q Prime’s management clients Three Days Grace and Cage The Elephant with Bill Burrs and Jeff Gillis at Jive Records. Q Prime also announce additions to their promotion team in their New York City and regional offices around the country, focusing their efforts on the Q Prime management roster and its independent record label, Mom+Pop Music Company.

Senior Vice President, Promotion Warren Christensen, Vice President, Promotion Michelle Munz, and Director, Radio Promotion Erica Collins are joined by New York-based Trina Schaefer (formerly of Island Def Jam), who assumes National Hot AC, AC & Video Promotion. Joining the regional team are Cleveland-based Erin Gellert (formerly of Epic Records), Nashville-based Devin Rosevear (formerly of Curb Records and Geffen Records and who has worked with Q Prime for the past two years), and St. Louis-based Chris Frank (formerly ofUniversal Motown).

“Although the music industry has contracted over the past several years, Q Prime’s services have never been more in demand due to the full-service management model we offer all of our clients,” says Christensen. “That, in addition to the speed at which Mom+Pop has been breaking new artists, has necessitated not only that our team focus solely on our own artists, but also that we expand the team itself. We are excited to welcome this amazing group of individuals who will each work to continue our long track record of success.”

As a team, Christensen, Munz, and Collins have been an integral part –along with their respective label partners- in breaking Muse, The Black Keys, Silversun Pickups, and Cage TheElephant, at radio, as well as scoring over thirty #1 tracks at multiple radio formats with the aforementioned artists, as well as several superstar artists including Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Tool.
