PORTER ROBINSON TO RELEASE “EASY” SINGLE WITH MAT ZO ON MAY 7
After producing one of last year’s biggest dance hits “Language” , which sold more than 250,000 copies, Porter Robinson has teamed up with UK producer Mat Zo to officially release their single “Easy”. The house anthem with feel-good soulfulness will be released in North America via Astralwerks on May 7th. The track – which hit #1 on Beatport and Hype Machine, and premiered to great acclaim on Radio 1 by Pete Tong – will feature a range of new remixes including Belgian producer Modek, indie darlings Lamaitre, and drum n’ bass legend Andy C.
“Easy” began as a demo for Mat Zo’s album until Porter fell in love with it while the two were touring together. Porter had brought Mat on the road with him for last year’s “Language Tour”, where the solo effort turned into a collaboration and together, Porter and Mat created one of the most incendiary crossover dance records of the year.
