SINGER SONGWRITER LAURA WARSHAUER DEBUT FULL-LENGTH ALBUM DROPS JUNE 14TH
THE PINK CHARIOT MIXTAPE

“Fantastically Talented” – Jay-Z

Singer songwriter Laura Warshauer will debut her full-length album, The Pink Chariot Mixtape out June 14th, 2011 on Pink Chariot Music. An accomplished songwriter Warshauer recruited industry legend and Record Executive Thom Panunzio (Stevie Nicks, Bruce Springsteen, U2) to produce four tracks on the album. Warshauer is poised to become a standout among female recording artists.

“The Pink Chariot Mixtape is really about so much more than these songs and recordings. It’s about the moments that each song represents,” Warshauer stated. “I felt like I chased down each and every one of those moments, from Williamsburg, Brooklyn to New Jersey, St. Andrews, Scotland to Las Vegas and Los Angeles.”

Most recently, Warshauer released “To Will and Kate, Meet Me at Exit 109,” an original song inspired by her experiences with the royal couple during her time as a freshman at University of St. Andrews. The track is currently available as a digital download on iTunes and was debuted on People.com. The video tribute to the Royal Couple has received over 50,000 views on YouTube in the last 72 hours! This week, Laura and the song were in the Daily Mail (UK) and on the feature page of AOL Music Stream. Also appearing on the album is “Tonight, Tonight” which was featured on the Style Network’s “How Do I Look.”

Inspired by Stevie Nicks and Kate Bush, Laura Warshauer was the first ever recipient of the Buddy Holly Singer/Songwriter of the Year Award from the Songwriter’s Hall Of Fame. Her voice has grabbed the attention of the legendary LA Reid, and Jay-Z, who told her she was “fantastically talented”. She just appeared on News 12 New Jersey, and recently performed at the Bitter End, The Key West Songwriter’s Festival, and SXSW for both the Billboard and BMI showcases. Laura and her band will be playing a special performance July 14th at Hotel Café in Hollywood.

Producer Jason Miller (Kanye West, Keyshia Cole), newcomer Ned Cameron, Roy Bittan of The E-Street Band and Kenny Aronoff of the John Fogerty Band all contributed their talents to The Pink Chariot Mixtape.
